Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
We ship from Miami, Florida.
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We do our utmost to fulfill every order as quickly as possible.
If you do not receive an email confirmation for your order, please double check your spam folder or contact us at tutuandtulle@outlook.com to confirm the order was placed.
We are unable to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please ensure that you enter the correct address when ordering your item(s). We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask you to resubmit the order.
SHIPPING TIME
Tutu & Tulle ships domestically (U.S.) only. At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations.
Shipping times depend on location. For instance, you'll get your order faster if you live down the street from us in Miami than if you live in Alaska. FedEx quotes, but does not guarantee, delivery within 1-5 business days in the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires 3-7 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
CHECKING ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tutuandtulle@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
